Tom is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from Wichita, Kansas who has been training in LA since 2012. He started his career with Equinox, as a Personal Trainer then Fitness ManagerĀ and gainedĀ over 5,000 personal training hours. He’s worked with athletes, CEOs, and other clients to help them reach and go beyond their goals through leadership, motivation and skilled instruction. Tom describes his style as Crossfit-lite, blending high skill Olympic movements with tempo-based strength training. He is also a Precision Nutrition Master Coach and has been certified in TRX and kettlebell training as well as Trigger Point Therapy.
