Favorite SpeedX move: I love Deadlifts! I would rather do Deadlifts than ANYTHING else. (Foam Rolling is nice too, though.)

Which move do you love to hate?  Ughhh – BURPEES. They hurt EVERYWHERE and it’s a constant wardrobe battle – you have to wear very secure pants. But, I know they’re good for me in the long run!

Top workout song?  None Of You Business by Salt-N-Peppa.

What about if no one else is listening?  Oh man – probably Down With The Sickness by Disturbed– but that’s REALLY if I’m 100% sure no one else is listening, because that song is terrifying.

Pet Peeve: When people don’t use their blinkers…I mean, seriously?!

Who would play you in the movie about your life? The Rock. Kidding – probably like, Sandra Bullock or Julia Roberts? (I dream big.) Or maybe Rashida Jones. I’m a very average looking person, so I feel like anyone could play me with the right wig. Plus, all of those ladies are totally FABULOUS and I would be honored if any one of them took on the role!

What is the most embarrassing thing to happen to you lately? I was in Hawaii recently for a family vacation and we had to rent a mini van to fit all six of us comfortably. (I use ‘comfortably’ loosely, as my family is extremely tall…and we never have anywhere to put our long limbs.) Anyway, as I was getting into the van on the side of a busy street, my dad started to pull away with half of my body in the car. Despite all of us yelling at him to stop, he was a man on a mission and wanted to get his family to the beach ASAP. So, I gave up trying to jump into the moving vehicle and awkwardly stumbled backwards onto the sidewalk – many tourist friends had their eyes on me. Oh how I was so easily forgotten…maybe because I’m the youngest in the fam? I bet the whole thing was pretty funny to watch go down – from a distance. Unfortunately, the next day – I accidentally shut the door of that very same van on my mom’s hand. What would life be without moments like these? Sorry, mom! We’ll laugh about it someday…
