Hold Request Form must be submitted at least 5 business days before next draft date for changes to be effective for that draft date. You will receive email confirmation that your hold request has been received. Please keep the email for your records.
By submitting this form I agree to abide by the following guidelines regarding my request to place my membership on hold:*
- I understand and agree that my monthly billing will automatically restart after my Hold period without any notice.
- I understand and agree that Hold(s) may be either one (1) 1-month period or two (2) 2-week periods.
- I understand and agree that if I cancel during the Hold Period, it will be subject to the 30-day Cancellation Policy per my Membership Agreement.
- I understand and agree that Hold requests must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to my billing date for the Hold to be approved.

Placing Your Membership On Hold
Per SpeedX policy, members may Hold their membership for a maximum period of one (1) month per contract year. Hold(s) may be either one (1) 1-month period or two (2) 2-week periods. Upon expiration of Hold Date above, your account will automatically become active and payments shall resume. Should you elect to cancel during the Hold Period, you will be subject to the 30-day Cancellation Policy per your Membership Agreement.
