What is your policy for putting memberships on hold?

You may Hold your membership for a maximum period of one (1) month per contract year. Hold(s) may be either one (1) 1-month period or two (2) 2-week periods. Just go to the Forms section in the footer of the web site and complete the Hold form. Your Hold must be received five (5) or more days prior to your billing cycle to take effect. FAILURE TO SUBMIT HOLD REQUEST WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF NEXT BILLING DATE WILL RESULT IN HOLD PERIOD STARTING ON THE FOLLOWING BILLING DATE. IF YOU FAIL TO SUBMIT HOLD REQUEST WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF NEXT BILLING DATE YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN ANY CREDIT OR REFUND FOR THE TIME BETWEEN SUBMISSION OF HOLD REQUEST AND NEXT BILLING DATE. Also, if you need to cancel your membership while you’re on hold, you will be charged a final month. All Hold requests must be submitted online using the Hold Form.
