SpeedX allows you to cancel your Open 1 or Open 12 unlimited membership with some restrictions and 30-days notice. Just go to the Forms section in the footer of the website and complete the Cancellation form. We must receive your Cancellation form at least five (5) business days prior to your billing cycle. You will be charged one month during your 30-day cancellation notice period. Also, failure to provide SpeedX with proper documentation will delay processing of your cancellation, and may result in additional fees.
