What is the difference between SpeedX and boot camps or regular group fitness classes?

SpeedX classes are the the most effective form of goal oriented training, providing results unlike any other workout. We achieve these results using a combination of plyometric movements utilizing a variety of weight loads and speeds, and anaerobic and aerobic modes. All of SpeedX’s classes provide a full body workout every time, and no two classes are ever the same, continually challenging your body without a plateau effect.
