We believe in being up front and fully transparent about our contracts. We don’t believe in hard sales pitches and incomprehensible sales tactics. Here are the most relevant items for you to know:

• Our Open 1 membership can be cancelled at any time for any reason. All we need is 30-­days notice.
• Our Open 12 membership has a one­-year term, with reasonable accommodations for cancelling in the event of hardship, moving, injury or job loss.
• Our monthly memberships can be placed on hold, for any reason and at any time, once yearly for up to three months.
• There is no fee to switch membership programs.
