SpeedX is a high intensity interval training gym that combines strength training with agility drills to create a fun, yet addictive workout! We have Medicine Balls, Battle Ropes, Barbell Racks, Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, and a TRX rig where we incorporate ring dips, pull ups, chin ups and more into our constantly varied workouts. Not at all! We pride ourselves on our inclusive community made up of all fitness levels. Each and every class is designed to be modifiable so you can adjust based on where you are at on your fitness journey. Our extremely supportive and knowledgeable coaches will guide you into picking the appropriate weight for you. At SpeedX we never rush your workout- we allow you to go at your own pace as we really want to focus on our clients form and technique!
Yes, we allow drop ins! Our drop in rate is $30 per class. You can either schedule it through MindBody or simply walk in to the studio.
With the warm up and cool down, SpeedX offers a pulsating full 60 minute workout.
Yes! We accept anyone from elite athlete to beginner- just bring your positive vibes and we’ll take it from there!
Come in your comfortable workout clothes and workout shoes.
We have a fountain to refill your own water bottle, but if you happen to forget one at home, we have water to purchase at our front desk.
We provide one complementary towel per client, per class.
Our class capacity is 15 people. After the 15 people capacity is met, we do not allow any walk ins. Because of this, please make sure to book your classes in advance!
We unfortunately cannot refund, reschedule or change anything related to your ClassPass reservation. Any changes to your ClassPass must be made with ClassPass itself as we are not authorized to change anything on our end.
You can drop in, however we highly recommend that you book your class in advance as they fill up quick.
Unfortunately, we don’t allow any changes with ClassPass. Please remember that ClassPass is its own membership and since you are not a member of the studio, we are not authorized to make any changes.
Yes! Simply cancel the class on your end and book the class you’d like to take at no additional charge.
If it is your first time, please come in at least 5 minutes prior to class starting to fill out waivers and get situated. Late arrivals (5 minutes after class starts) will not be allowed to participate once the warm ups have begun.
Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Weather this is your first time, or if you are a seasoned athlete our highly educated coaches will be able to modify any and all workout for you. Be sure to let the coach know it's your first time and if you have any injuries so we can ensure you have a safe workout with us.
Yes! We offer a 1 Week Unlimited Intro to new clients for only $35 which can be booked online through our website or MindBody.
We have a validated (90 minute) parking structure attached right next to SpeedX for your convenience. We also have metred parking directly in front of the building and free street 8parking one block behind SpeedX on Granville Ave (please be sure read all parking signs if parking on the street).
We have a 5 minute grace period for members only. If it's your first time, we require you to be at the studio 5 minutes prior to fill out necessary paper work. Late arrivals are not accepted for first timers.
We do not have showers, but we have a spacious bathroom where you can change and wash up. We also provide storage lockers for your bags and clothes.

Yes. Each class is the same throughout the day, although each day is a different workout. We never do the same workout twice at SpeedX!
Tuesdays are our upper-body days. After the warm up, the first 15-20 minutes of the workout is dedicated soley to the upper-body. For example, it can be chest, back, shoulders, arms, etc. Thursdays are our leg days. After the warm up, the first 15-20 minutes of the workout is dedicated soley to training legs. For example, it can be deadlifts, squats, lunges, etc. The remainder of the class, after the strength portion, is a full body conditioning/cardio mix. If you are looking to get strong and lean, strength days are for you!
These days are the definition of a fully body burn! The workouts incorporate more of a cardio component and are designed to torch body fat while sculpting lean muscle!
Yes. We recommend at least 3-4 classes a week to see solid results, but the rest is up to your energy and recovery level. Regardless, if you come every day, you will be challenged with different moves to keep your body and mind guessing!
It varies from person to person, but on average you can burn anywhere from 500 calories to 1000 calories per class! Since our workouts elevate your metabolism, you continue to keep on burning calories for up to 48 hours after finishing a workout with us!
If you can’t perform a move or workout, do not worry! Our team of extremely knowledgeable coaches are capable of modifying any and all workouts to fit your specific needs.
If you are a member and you’d like to cancel your class, you can simply do so through the MindBody App at no additional charge. If you booked the class through ClassPass, you must cancel through ClassPass itself as we are not authorized to make changes for them on our end.
Class packages are for individuals and can not be shared between different people.
